As a team coach with many years of experience Josipa has worked in diverse and different teams from various industries. Focusing on the team as an entity, she guides them to the achievement of goals set by the company.
After graduating from Communications (PR), she has attended numerous trainings in the field of communication (verbal, nonverbal, NLP, psychotherapy) with an emphasis on wellbeing.
Multidisciplinary approach to her own education and training helps her to broaden her experience and knowledge in different areas.
Within recent years, in her role as a Scrum Master and Team Coach, Josipa has ensured the agility of dozens of teams.
Josipa holds the Professional Agile Leadership certificate, as well as Professional Scrum Master's certificate, Kanban with Scrum and Executive coach certificate.
As an external associate for LQ, she gives trainings to companies who want to get familiar with Scrum and Agile, Agile Leadership and Team leadership.
